- Rates in all packages are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless otherwise specified in the quotation.
- All package rates are based on a minimum number of people travelling together. If the minimum number of people is not met, you may have to pay extra depending on the mode of transportation.
- The quoted rate is subject to change at the time of booking confirmation for a variety of reasons, including: rooms sold out in the offered hotel, fare increases by the airlines, increases in the fuel prices, and so on.
- The tour package confirmation is subject to availability (Hotel, Airline, Train, Transport, etc) at the time of booking.
- The quotation is provided without any confirmation of accommodation, transportation, or other services. Once the guest accepts the quotation and pays the required booking amount (online/offline), the booking is processed at our end. If we are unable to provide the services, we will refund the deposit to the guest.
- If the tour package includes air or train tickets, full payment is due at the time of booking. Any changes, amendments, or cancellations made by the airline/IRCTC or the customer will be governed by the airline/IRCTC’s terms & conditions and cancellation & refund policy. If a booking is cancelled, the service fee charged by TRAVELviaus on air or train ticket is non-refundable.
- Extra beds/mattresses will be provided in accordance with the policy of the accommodation (hotels/resorts/camps/homestay, etc.). If the hotel provides an extra mattress instead of an extra bed, it will only be considered an extra bed.
- Unless otherwise specified in the quotation, the hotel offers base category rooms by default. If a room in a specific category is not available, you have two options: upgrade the room or change the hotel. If there is a cost associated with upgrading the room or changing the hotel, you must pay the difference.
- If you are unable to use any of the services (meals, sightseeing, lodging, or transfers) during your tour, those services are considered used and no refund requests will be accepted.
- The check-in/check-out times of hotels differ from one another and from location to location. We will notify you of the check-in/check-out times when you make your booking. Early check-in and late check-out times are subject to availability and are entirely at the discretion of the hotel. In some cases, you may have to pay for it.
- Expenses caused by factors beyond our control, such as rail/flight/vehicle delays and cancellations, road blockage, vehicle malfunctioning, strikes, natural calamity, political disturbance, etc., will be borne solely by the client. The TRAVELviaus will not be held responsible for these costs.
- In normal and unchanged circumstances, we only adhere to the Itinerary shared with you at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change the itinerary if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, road closures, and so on.
- If your payment is not received on time and the reason for the delay is not communicated to us, your booking will be cancelled without notice and your deposit will be forfeited.
- The TRAVELviaus reserves the right to cancel a tour package at any time and for any reason prior to the date of departure, and its liability is limited to refunding all money paid by the client towards the tour package. The Company also reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to change, alter, vary, or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion, or facility advertised or published, or to substitute a hotel of comparable class if deemed advisable or necessary. In either case, the Company shall be exempt from liability for any damages, additional expenses, or consequential loss suffered by the Clent.
